After having a horrible experience with Appliance Warehouse, I found Luxe Laundry Rentals. Once I discovered Luxe was being bought out by Appliance Warehouse, I was determined to find a better option since I refused to do business with AW again. I did some research and came across A&A. They are a local company with great customer service and inexpensive prices. If you are looking for rentals, you've come to the right place! Alex is the owner and personally offers top notch service, you won't be disappointed.

This is the company to choose if you need to lease an appliance anywhere near Austin/ San Antonio!!! I had originally leased a washer/dryer set from another company in San Antonio, but the appliances didn't work well and were about $20 more expensive than A&A. Additionally, this company's customer service is outstanding!! The manager, Alexander, ensures that your experience with this company is nothing less than a 5-star experience. Wow, I am impressed! I called late last night needing a dryer delivered to my tenant ASAP and Alex was able to make it happen this afternoon. Thank you! Excellent customer service, great communication from the initial call to delivery and there after. Not to mention the great LG front loader dryer that was delivered. They also went above and beyond to remove our dryer that was no longer working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliance rentals! Thank you again!

I am so happy that I found A&A Appliance rental they have such an easy process and upfront pricing no hidden fees and super courtesy customer service. After previously renting appliances from another company and being charged random fees I was so happy to find that there leasing process was so simple. The only thing I do not like is that you have to have auto-pay on your account but since their billing is so start forward and the price is the same every month I have not had any issues with that so overall I am very pleased with the products provided as well as the customer service provided.

I am renting a washer and dryer from A&A because my current rental house didn't come with them and so far it has been great. I didn't want to buy new appliances because I knew I wouldn't be in this place long term so having the option to rent has been very convenient. They came to set them up (carried them up the stairs) which I was very glad to not have to do and the only time I ever had an issue with the dryer, they came out the next week to fix it. I went into the office one time to change my payment method and the lady was very friendly and helpful. So far everything has been A+.

My building management recommended another place, but I'm so glad I first checked the ratings online and decided to go with A&A Appliance Leasing instead, based on their good ratings. I would recommend going to their office and looking at the machines they have, then reserve what you like. Dora at the office was very helpful and sweet. They installed my washer and dryer a month ago. Alex and his team did an amazing job with the installation. They were quick, and the machines are very clean and work perfectly. I’ve been with A & A appliances for about a year and a half now and they have been great. I first moved to Austin with an old set and when they gave out I called A & A for rentals. They assured me that they could pickup my old appliances at no cost while dropping off the new set. So far I have had no issues and their customer service has been wonderful!! (Monthly Payments come out of your debit/credit card at a set date, so nothing to keep up with.) The process is very efficient & the appliances are your typical basic white washer/dryer. Highly recommend for apartment living.

My experience with A&A has been fantastic! The setup was easy and convenient and I have had no issues whatsoever with these machines (Whirlpools, FYI.) If you don't want to own machines, save yourself a million headaches and call A&A. It's cheaper than 2 loads a week at my local laundromat. I should have called them a year ago! The experience has been nothing but positive.

I've been renting a washer and dryer set from A&A Appliance for going on 2 years now. Their prices are the best in the city, and they've always been fantastic with delivery and install times. When I moved, Alex had me setup in the new house in no time. Our dryer recently had the coil fail. Even though they were very busy, Alex fit me in and came and got the dryer working again in less than 10 minutes.

I've had my washer and dryer for about two weeks now and I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received as well as the quality of the appliances. I actually went out to A&A's showroom in Round Rock because I had some special needs and wanted to make sure that they could accommodate me. Alex walked around with me and showed me several models--all of which had what I needed. I filled out my paperwork, paid the fee, and scheduled the delivery. Everything went smoothly, I got my appliances when Alex said I would get them, and now here I am doing laundry in the comfort of my own home.I chose A&A appliances based on their reviews and competitive monthly price, and I have not been disappointed.

Although I have just recently leased my washer and dryer . I can say that the customer service is above and beyond from what I have had in the past . I have recently moved to my new apartment and while I had some slight problems with the washer they immediately sent help and fixed the next day . Additionally they were so kind to help me with some packaged furniture that was to heavy for me to lift from my leasing office to my apartment ! I highly recommend this company 🙂 .
