Have in mind that your delivery ETA is not available right after your start your subscriptions with us, please allow us 48 hours to update your ETA on our website, once your delivery ETA is available you can use your Phone Number to check it.
Q;I am moving to a new location can I continue renting?
Yes, A&A will move the appliances from one residence to another for a fee of $75.00 if you renew your agreement for a period of time equal to your original agreement. If a lesser-term agreement is needed, a move fee will be negotiated. Customers may not move the property of A&A.
Q;What if I’m not home at the time of delivery / service?
If you are not at home on the day and time of delivery/service, you can allow us access to your apartment by completing a key release form and presenting it to your Leasing Office.
