We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agent

Are you passionate about helping people and great at multitasking? A&A Appliance Leasing is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Austin, Texas. We specialize in washer and dryer rentals for residential customers and property managers across the area.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with appliance rental inquiries, service issues, and general support

Navigate our WordPress backend to update order notes, service tickets, and customer data

Use Google Sheets to track and organize client information, inventory, and schedules

Help coordinate deliveries and service calls using dispatch tracking software (experience is a plus — training provided!)

Troubleshoot minor customer issues and escalate to the proper team when needed

Provide polite, empathetic, and effective support to every caller

Balance multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:

English fluency required, Spanish proficiency is a plus

Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress (backend navigation, data entry, etc.)

Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools

Great communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional over the phone

Experience in a customer service role (call center, front office, or support desk)

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

Willingness to learn and grow with our team
