A&A Appliance Leasing is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle our inventory of washers, dryers, stoves, and refrigerators—staging, detailing, testing, and preparing units for customer deliveries.
No prior appliance experience is necessary—we provide full, hands-on training!

Key Responsibilities
- Moving & Staging: Safely load, unload, and organize major appliances across warehouse storage and staging bays using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Cleaning & Detailing: Deep clean, sanitize, and wipe down incoming and outgoing appliances to ensure top-quality presentation.
- Basic Function Testing: Run basic operational and diagnostic checks on units (wash cycles, heating elements, cooling tests) following our step-by-step checklist.
- Inventory & Prep: Tag, wrap, and stage units with appropriate hoses, cords, and hookup accessories for delivery routes.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep aisles clear, organize parts, and maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting, pushing, and maneuvering heavy appliances (75+ lbs with equipment/dollies).
- Reliable, punctual, and strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn basic appliance diagnostics and repairs.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
