I’ve been with A & A appliances for about a year and a half now and they have been great. I first moved to Austin with an old set and when they gave out I called A & A for rentals. They assured me that they could pickup my old appliances at no cost while dropping off the new set. So far I have had no issues and their customer service has been wonderful!! (Monthly Payments come out of your debit/credit card at a set date, so nothing to keep up with.) The process is very efficient & the appliances are your typical basic white washer/dryer. Highly recommend for apartment living.

Great service! I recently just leased a washer and dryer set and the delivery guy was very friendly. I’m moving and will be transferring the washer/dryer set to a different location and it was very easy to schedule the pickup. They’re always very friendly when I call them too.

I recently rented washer and dryer from A&A Appliances, the delivery was quick, there was an issue with the washer and called them and informed them about the issue. My experience with A&A has been fantastic! The setup was easy and convenient and I have had no issues whatsoever with these machines (Whirlpools, FYI.) If you don't want to own machines, save yourself a million headaches and call A&A. It's cheaper than 2 loads a week at my local laundromat. I should have called them a year ago! The experience has been nothing but positive.

I've been renting a washer and dryer set from A&A Appliance for going on 2 years now. Their prices are the best in the city, and they've always been fantastic with delivery and install times. When I moved, Alex had me setup in the new house in no time. Our dryer recently had the coil fail. Even though they were very busy, Alex fit me in and came and got the dryer working again in less than 10 minutes.

I was also able to speak to someone to setup delivery that accommodates my schedule. The delivery was done very easily and quickly and I have been very satisfied with my washer and dryer. I've had my washer and dryer for about two weeks now and I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received as well as the quality of the appliances. I actually went out to A&A's showroom in Round Rock because I had some special needs and wanted to make sure that they could accommodate me. Alex walked around with me and showed me several models--all of which had what I needed. I filled out my paperwork, paid the fee, and scheduled the delivery. Everything went smoothly, I got my appliances when Alex said I would get them, and now here I am doing laundry in the comfort of my own home.I chose A&A appliances based on their reviews and competitive monthly price, and I have not been disappointed.

Although I have just recently leased my washer and dryer . I can say that the customer service is above and beyond from what I have had in the past . I have recently moved to my new apartment and while I had some slight problems with the washer they immediately sent help and fixed the next day . Additionally they were so kind to help me with some packaged furniture that was to heavy for me to lift from my leasing office to my apartment ! I highly recommend this company 🙂 .

I've been leasing from A&A for about four years and have been extremely pleased with them. If there is an issue, they come out on the same day and either replace or repair the appliance. Quick, efficient and professional in home delivery of beautiful new appliances. Very much a local service- hands on and helpful. My only issue with original install was a no-show on the first delivery- I had to call and make sure all was scheduled for the next day, instead.

Excellent customer service. I spoke to them about leasing a washer and dryer. They gave me a reasonable price and also provided me with new appliances if I did a year lease with a discount. They came the very next day and installed the appliances. Alex who came to do the installation was very nice and helpful. Professional customer service. Highly recommend!!
